The power supply has been successfully restored to our rack in Equinix #LD8 at approximately 12:10 BST today. We're currently verifying connections of backbone links and nodes.

We're directly engaged with senior escalation contacts and have been advised that our cabinets are currently being worked on. In addition, the Equinix team is also arranging for our engineers to be allowed onsite access.
Please be rest assured that all Equinix resources are focused on priority restoration.

There is a major power loss at the Equinix LD8 Harbour Exchange site. This incident has resulted in the loss of power to our equipment on site. We are following up closely with Equinix and will continue to provide more timely updates.
