Overall Purpose of Job
As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for key accounts across the Americas market and to grow revenue along Epsilon’s key strategic priorities:
  • Grow Our Cloud Enablement Platform – Use our CloudLX platform to deliver on-demand Ethernet and friction-free connectivity to world-leading cloud service providers for our customers    
  • Offer Greater Intelligence In The Network – Deliver guaranteed QoS and QoE end-to-end on IP using intelligent networks. We developed networking technology in-house that uses end-to-end network visibility and network analytics to make IP as reliable if not more than TDM    
  • Solve Local Access Challenges – Leverage our unique outsourcing model to remove the pain from local access networks. The local access network is more important than ever and we can help our customers to turn a pain point into profitability with our outsourcing model  
  • Build On Our Culture Of Service – Ensure that our people maintain and grow our reputation for service and trust. We believe in accountability but also enjoying our work and spending time with our customers and partners getting to know and understand what it takes to make them successful 

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Sales Director (Americas) and Solutions Architects
  • Identify opportunities to develop Epsilon's network outsourcing proposition, IP network exchange offering, Cloud Access proposition and traditional connectivity services in your assigned region
  • Drive new business pipelines and existing customer relationship to meet both revenue and market share targets
  • Develop sales initiatives
  • Participate and contribute to strategic discussions and business forecasting to develop a market-specific approach and execute accordingly
  • Identify new sources of business through channels, partners and customers.

Job Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in telecommunications, specifically in sales, business development and account management.
  • Experience in driving international virtual teams
  • Customer oriented
  • Well-spoken, and have good presentation skills
  • Possess solid sales insights and knowledge
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Driven business developer with an already established personal network within the Service Provider space
  • An adaptable open-minded learner who takes a collaborative approach to business, keeping the big picture in mind when making decisions
  • Travel required up to 50%
