Overall Purpose of Job
Join a high-impact marketing team that fuels Epsilon growth in the Americas! We are looking for a creative and collaborative manager to lead and execute our marketing activities in the Americas. The Regional Marketing Manager will need to be responsible for the planning, communication, and execution of marketing and promotional programs.

This role is based in the Long Island, NY office, and you’ll be working with a group of talented team of marketers who are based in the Singapore Head Quarters. The goal is to establish a one-stop knowledge-base and support function on all key marketing areas including creating promotions, identifying media and community resources/partnerships, implementing and executing programs regionally, and organising both in hosted and trade show events. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate global marketing strategy into regional priorities.
  • Works with the Marketing Director to plan and execute quarterly and annual marketing & media plans for the respective region.
  • Manage and track spending of the local portion of the overall Corporate Marketing.
  • Take lead role in creating and executing regional market programs focused on brand awareness, platform awareness/trial, lead generation and new customer acquisition in strategic industry verticals.
  • Maximise Epsilon’s exposure in the local communities through partnerships, conferences and events
  • Participate in community events to drive brand and platform awareness.
  • Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing programs.
  • Track and drive the effectiveness of Business Development Sales Team against departmental key performance indicators.
  • Understand and communicate knowledge of competitive landscape in the region(s).
  • Support the Marketing Director and the Regional Sales Director with campaign plans for underperforming or new network locations.
  • Assist in executing local internal communications and office culture building activities.
  • Build and maintain regional relationships with regional partners

Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant industry work experience, with a minimum of 3 years of marketing expertise.
  • Experience developing, executing and tracking marketing plans
  • Creative Thinker & Problem Solver
  • Strong sense of business analytics
  • Budget management experience.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to represent the company in a speaking capacity at regional events.
  • Attention to detail; able to manage several projects simultaneously (good multi-tasking).
  • Ability to work independently and also interface with team members at all levels in other global locations; Team-oriented.
  • Not afraid to get hands dirty; great attitude and willingness to help out wherever necessary
