Product Manager (Managed Network Services)


Overall Job Purpose
This role is part of the Product team under the Data Business Unit. The role is responsible for defining and managing the delivery of Managed Network Services (MNS) which includes managed multi-cloud, SD-WAN and Security with holistic end to end solutions and customer experience.

The Product Manager is to define and advance how MNS will architect and deploy next generation WAN, including SD-WAN, Cloud solutions and Security with managed capabilities via Epsilon Orchestrator and Infiny platform. He/She is responsible to strategise, define requirements, translate requirements into functional and technical specifications and then drive the development life cycle from start to finish. He/she will work with a diverse set of internal and external partners, building and maintaining relationships as well as helping to define the product roadmap.

This role requires an analytical marketer with a strong sense for methods to align product offerings to customer’s pain points, which consistently adjust based on market conditions and feedback from customers. Need to be strong in execution of the development of marketing materials, including sales collateral, case studies, training, and external blog posts.

Key responsibilities
  • Define a global product strategy and roadmap for MNS (Multi-cloud and edge solutions) for all segments in partnership with key stakeholders globally
  • Partnership with industry leaders, leverage on their capabilities and Epsilon’s underlay core network & Infiny digital platform to offer a differentiated MNS.
  • Develop joint-marketing activities with vendors and partners to promote Epsilon’s solution in the target market segments
  • Conduct regular business reviews with internal and external partners to assess the market and product performance
  • Provide analytics using the existing performance and market trends to align the product strategy
  • Be the expert in Managed Network Services space to provide technical and commercial advice around networking that is linked to SD-WAN, Cloud and Security.
  • Act as the single point of contact in providing specialist subject matter expertise for effective mobilisation/go-to-market of the products or new partnerships into the region via go-to-market strategies
  • Interlock with other product managers and sales to ensure market and customer requirements are considered and included in strategy and roadmap
  • Partner effectively with marketing, sales, channel, engineering/operations and IT to ensure commercial success and superior customer experience for the products across markets

  • Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with at least 7 years of experience in managing relevant products across all telecommunication-related services
  • Experience in setting and leading the product strategy for specific products, ideally in the telecommunications, IT or Technology industry
  • Relevant experience in the networking market is an added advantage
  • Ability to effectively synthesise the requirements of multiple stakeholder groups to define feasible product and go-to-market strategies for specific products
  • Strong delivery capability, with experience and expertise in bringing new products to market, and delivering business case benefits
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders
