To own the resourcing requirements globally in partnerships with the HR Managers where appropriate to develop, engage and deliver the Resourcing and Talent plan globally.

Accountabilities
  • Building and promoting the corporate brand to attract high-quality talent
  • Hiring talent globally with a focus on EMEA and US – possibly beyond! For a broad range of roles and at a variety of levels
  • Partner effectively with hiring managers from various office locations to determine staffing solution.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Conduct internal and external talent searches, direct sourcing of candidates
  • Managing a full cycle interview process from sourcing to screening to coordinating interviews to closing, and finally onboard talent as and when required.
  • Have great interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, as well as past applicants and potential candidates.

Skills and Knowledge
  • Previous In-house recruitment and Resourcing Business Partner experience is essential, ideally in Telecommunications/technology environment
  • Hands-on experience with full life cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Familiar with social media, resume database and professional networks.
  • Have significant experience recruiting multiple roles in a broad range of disciplines
  • Have the ability to work autonomously
  • Be able to adapt your approach to work with a range of stakeholders and candidates with different needs
  • Be agile and innovative, keeping up to date on best practice and new ideas to drive results
  • Experience of recruiting within EMEA and US, globally would be advantageous
  • Demonstrable experience managing recruiting in a fast-paced and high growth environment.
