Colocation & Cloud On-ramps Product Manager

Overall Purpose of Job
The product manager will be responsible for leading the development of the product strategy across Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), Internet Exchange Providers (IXPs) and colocation services to drive Epsilon's presence, market shares, revenue and profit targets across the markets.
This individual will also be the primary point of contact to manage relationships with CSP & IXP, and provide the right product leadership to drive the on-ramp growth for both the Cloud and IX market.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Define a global product strategy and roadmap for colocation and Cloud/IX on-ramp for all segments in partnership with key stakeholders globally
  • Collaborate with providers to push Epsilon's on-ramp services beyond layer 2 within the Cloud/IX ecosystem
  • Bring superior industry and product insight into CSP & IXP interconnection growth using Cloud & IX relationships
  • Develop joint marketing activities with CSP/IXP to promote Epsilon's solution in the CSP & IXP ecosystem including its end users
  • Conduct regular business reviews with the Cloud & IX partners to assess the market and product performance
  • Provide analytics using the existing cloud/IX interconnects to align the product strategy
  • Be the expert in each Cloud platform to provide technical and commercial advice around Cloud networking
  • Act as the single point of contact in providing specialist subject matter expertise for effective mobilisation/ go-to-market of the products or new partnerships into the region via go-to-market process
  • Interlock with product managers and sales to ensure market and customer requirements are considered and included in the strategy and roadmap
  • Partner effectively with Marketing, Sales, Channel, Engineering/Operations and IT to ensure commercial success and superior customer experience for the products across markets 

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with at least 5-7 years of experience in managing relevant products across all telecommunications-related services
  • Experience in setting and leading the product strategy for specific products, ideally in the telecommunications, IT or Technology Industry
  • Relevant experience in the Cloud market is an added advantage
  • Ability to effectively synthesize the requirements of multiple stakeholder groups to define feasible product and go-to market strategies for specific products
  • Strong delivery capability, with experience and expertise in bringing new products to market, and delivering business case benefits
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Expert communication, presentation and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • High energy, strong relationship building and a fast learner
