Carrier Sector Sales Manager MEA

Overall Purpose of Job
The prime objective of the Carrier Sector Sales Manager (CSSM) is to grow revenue with a base of customers and prospects
• Manage an existing base of customers in MEA, other regions could be included
• Identify new prospects in the region covered, there is a level of SDR support available
• Ensure a mix of Epsilon products is sold into the customer and prospect base
• This role is based in London, some infrequent travel will be required

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve the target level of monthly bookings/sales KPI’s into the customer and prospect base
  • Manage the revenue base, securing/re-terming revenue out of term to achieve revenue KPI’s
  • Manage/reduce churn
  • Be aware of and contribute to customer satisfaction to mitigate churn
  • Develop customer relationships that ensure Epsilon maximises business/sales opportunities in the region with existing customers and prospects
  • Manage a contact and relationship management strategy across the customer and prospect base
  • Ensure customer and prospect activity level KPI’s are met
  • Identify and win business with prospects/new customers
  • Build pipeline value to the required KPI levels
  • Ensure customers are aware of the full product portfolio by identifying and engaging with the relevant decision makers
  • Take full account management responsibility, including being aware of and involved in matters impacting customer satisfaction and timely settlement of accounts payable
  • Work with Technical Sales to ensure that services sold are suitable for the customer requirements and supportable by Epsilon
  • Achieve and maintain the required level of product knowledge (training is given)

  • Experience selling connectivity products into Carrier sector customers (at least 2 years exp)
  • Experience of layer 2 Ethernet connectivity products essential
  • New business and Account Management essential
  • Experience in covering MEA essential (can be wider EMEA)
  • Self-directed, and passionate sales professional
  • Meticulous and an eye for details
  • The ability to present, and negotiate with customers at all levels
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Team orientated and able to build relationships within the business to drive strong colleague support to secure success
  • Open and highly collaborative.
