Latin telecommunications company IPLAN serves growing enterprise demand for global transmission and local access services with a single outsourcing provider

BUENOS AIRES, 02 November 2015 – IPLAN have announced a strategic partnership and a multi-service interconnection plan with Epsilon at the NAP of the Americas in Miami. Through a single interconnection, IPLAN will be able to reach more than 500 service providers pre-connected to the Epsilon network, utilizing Epsilon’s coverage to reach most major global metropolitan areas and leading cloud service providers.

Since its inception, IPLAN has been a leading alternative service provider and integrator within Argentina. Now via this partnership, IPLAN can compete with the global providers that operate in Argentina, offering true global interconnectivity to enterprise and data center locations in a flexible and scalable manner.

We were able to offer IPLAN the simplest and most efficient way to serve their enterprise customers around the world. By outsourcing these network services to Epsilon, IPLAN is able to use our mix of network reach, local expertise, experience and relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. For IPLAN SME customers it transforms local presence into global connectivity and allows them to rapidly scale internationally. By leveraging on our global network, they also gain a link into the world’s cloud ecosystem and its service providers. Additionally, IPLAN provides Epsilon an excellent footprint to explore deploying a point of presence in one of the most advanced Buenos Aires Tier III Data Centers, Ringo DC.

Corporate customers based in Buenos Aires that require Ethernet links to corporate locations globally now have an accessible solution that can be provisioned within days, negating the need to continually negotiate and provision long haul capacity and local loop links multiple times.

Increasingly SMEs in Argentina are going global and they need partners like IPLAN to support them with both local managed solutions as well as global connectivity. We see international offerings as well as reliable connectivity as a key differentiator for broadband companies and this is why our work with Epsilon has been so important to our business. Epsilon offers the expertise in international networking as well as a simple and practical model for reaching more markets and cloud service providers thus enabling our customers to succeed.
