SONIA BLOUIN

Sonia Blouin is Enterprise Programs and Sales Lead for Cloud Infrastructure Solutions at Microsoft Greater Asia. She is responsible for driving the overall business strategy, sales coaching and sales scale initiatives that deliver value for Microsoft’s enterprise customers across 14 countries in Asia. The cloud infrastructure solutions portfolio includes all Azure services representing core infrastructure such as virtual machines, networking, hybrid storage, big compute, blockchain, on premise solutions and more. Mrs Blouin has been working in various high tech sales and marketing leadership positions for over 14 years. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal.

ANDY WAROMA

Andy has always been known to be at the leading edge of innovation, eager to adopt new technologies and business practices while trying to keep things simple and practical at the same time. Ever since 2000 when he moved to the Asia-Pacific region, Andy has been working on bringing state-of-the-art solutions to customers and partners. Andy has been starting up companies, new lines of businesses for multinational companies and driven many of the “firsts” in the terms of new technology initiatives and customer implementations.

MAURO SAUCO

Mauro is a Cloud Computing expert with more than 20 years designing, building and operating large scale infrastructure in the global IT industry.  Prior to his current position as Technical Director at Google, Mauro led the IBM Cloud technical teams responsible for designing and implementing Hybrid Cloud solutions for large enterprise customers. Prior to IBM, Mauro served as Vice President of Cloud and Advanced Services at 1-NET, Mediacorp and held several leadership positions at Amazon.com, where he spent more than 10 years building and operating systems as part of the original team that launched Amazon Web Services in Asia. He is passionate about Open Source and was one of the early contributors to the development of Linux and several Open Source projects. An Argentinian citizen by birth, he has resided in Asia since 1994 and Singapore since 2010.

KRIS KUMAR

Bridge Data Centres is founded by Kris Kumar and Michael Foust, in partnership with Bain Capital, to leverage their combined 50+ years of experience in investing, developing, designing, building and operating best-in-class, resilient, efficient and reliable data centre facilities. Kris previously was the Regional Head of Asia Pacific for Digital Realty between Feb 2010 and Nov 2014 and has over 35 years of experience in the technology, telecom, data center, real estate, and maritime industries. From 2004 until joining Digital Realty, Kris was the President and founder of Global DC. Prior to that, Kris was Founder of CFM Group. Kris also served as a Chief Engineer in the British and American Merchant Navy for 10 years between 1982 and 1992 and in Commercial Real Estate as a Technical Director between 1993 and 1996.

MICHAEL (MICK) HIGGINS

Michael (Mick) Higgins is Vice President of Mobility and IoT Product Management at Tata Communications. Based in Singapore, Mick is responsible for Tata Communications’ global Mobility and IoT business, bringing a world class mobile data portfolio and Tata Communications MOVE Enterprise and IoT solutions to markets across the globe. Prior to his role at Tata Communications, Mick was Managing Director of Alcatel-Lucent for Singapore and Brunei, and has also led Alcatel-Lucent’s Wireless Asia Pacific business.

Mick started his career with Bell Northern Research in the United Kingdom. During his 23+ years in telecommunications, Mick has worked extensively in R & D, product management, regional sales support and sales leadership roles across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. He spent the majority of his career working in all areas of wireless technology, from network management, to core network radio access, and now focusing on IoT with Tata Communications MOVE global mobility platform. Mick holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Ulster in Ireland.
