The addition of Telephone House to the already well established Epsilon Connect and Epsilon Networks bandwidth platform, creates a new dimension for International Network operators wishing to host physical equipment, effortlessly interconnect and exchange voice and data content with over 200 operators all with a peace of mind provided by a 24/7 support organisation ensuring high availability and on demand delivery. “Epsilon focuses on supporting the interconnect business of the international voice and data market and as such is poised to deliver bandwidth quickly, efficiently, economically, and reliably. The addition of Epsilon Global Hubs takes our market offering one step further as we are now able to host and support our customers equipment and also deliver high volume network transport services and engineering services to over 40 key datacentres in Europe. Epsilon Global Hubs is located at Telephone House, 69-77 Paul Street in the heart of the City of London and is a purpose built 3300sq ft datacentre with colocation space for up to 140 racks with up to 3Kw power availability per rack. The colocation facility will be deployed in two phases. Phase one will be ready for service during Q3 08 with upto 400AMP mains incomer with the second phase due during Q1 09 with 1MVA incomer feed. The colocation space benefits from a completely new installation of airconditioning, generator backup, UPS, fire protection and security to match the expectation of its customers now and in the future. The Paul Street facility is directly present on Epsilon’s London Wavelength Network circuling 20 key datacentres in London with both Layer1 and Layer2 services immediately available for instant connectivity across the City and Docklands campus. Connectivity to Europe and US is available through the Epsilon Core network which encompasses all the major European business centres. As Global Interconnect Markets demand high availability, large bandwidth volumes and quick turnaround, the Global Hub Meet Me Point is the gateway to Europe, US and beyond.
