VOICE INGRESS SERVICE


The Epsilon Voice services are provided via the current Epsilon Global Network, having direct interconnections from 14 European Ingress destinations. We offer both Toll-free access and local DID’s to the international wholesale market; further countries are available on request as the reach is continuously extended.

We have been providing this service successfully for the last 5 years and have become an attractive aggregator for carriers wishing to have a European presence without the expense of deploying multiple interconnections.

Through Epsilon, customers only require a single interconnect point to which we aggregate the various destinations. As we control the network and the traffic from the country of origin back to our switch based in London, we are able to offer high quality of service, paired with the simplicity and convenience of dealing with one party only.

Our customers range from Calling Card companies to international operators who provide both conference calling or call centre products.

All our Ingress routes are based on TDM or private VoIP interconnections to ensure the highest voice quality possible. Epsilon prefers to deliver the customer connection via a private link where possible to maintain the service levels one would expect.

VoIP connectivity is now available via Epsilons private MPLS – IP VPN Network on top of the previous Ethernet network layer. As this service is also via our own Network, we can eliminate Jitter and latency without the need to restrict codec’s as the traffic is truly private via Epsilon MPLS network infrastructure.

We are currently expanding our Ingress portfolio to include non-European destinations. Once these destinations are added, we will ensure to follow the same strict guidelines of both voice quality and delivery.
