Epsilon Connect is the largest Global ‘Meet-Me-Room’ for Voice and Data Connectivity, linking the major regional Telecom Hubs around the World. Epsilon’s reach extends to almost 50 Telehouses, enabling access to approximately 1000 Operators and Service Providers, 250 of which are already pre-connected to the network. Once pre-connected, customers can enjoy the benefits provided by the largest global ‘Meet-Me-Room’, Epsilon Connect. 

Once a Carrier is connected, the platform offers Intra-building and Inter-building connectivity for VoIP switching systems based on a reliable Ethernet Transmission platform and an MPLS IP-VPN layer. This enables the connection to any other operator or location across the entire network, all from one single port.

Epsilon VoIP Connect links all enabled buildings (Epsilon Points of Presence) together via one unified platform, allowing pre-connected Carriers service activation times as short as 2-5 working days. Additional advantages are the 3 months contract terms, the minimisation of the commercial risk of unprofitable interconnections, the removal of physical intervention required on site for cabling and the ability to access more than 250 pre-connected Voice operators in around 50 Telehouses.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The Epsilon VoIP Connect Service is scalable in 2Mb increments and has a simple pricing structure for Intra-building and for Inter-building connectivity services.  The customer simply connects to the platform via Ethernet ports, for which only a setup fee applies. Each party will receive a public IP-address on Epsilons network which will be used to setup the VPN connection via Epsilon VoIP connect platform. The private link will be activated in 2-5 working days. The monthly charges for the MPLS IP-VPN service will be paid by the ordering party.

Voip Connect offers the flexibility of public internet and the benefit of a private and secure network; allowing the carriers a guaranteed level of quality and availability.

Carriers may also use the interconnect to the Epsilon Connect platform to access services such as Epsilon TDM Connect, Epsilon Voice Connect, Epsilon Data Connect and Epsilon Enterprise Connect. Furthermore it can be used for multiplexing services without the need of deploying your own transmission equipment, avoiding the associated cost of housing and maintenance.
