DEFINITION:

Epsilon is a global service provider headquartered in the United Kingdom and one regional office in HK operating in the international telecoms wholesale market, with a core focus on voice and data connectivity. It also specialises in other important network related services such as co-location, installation, system integration, network management, and first line maintenance. The main objective of our business is to achieve excellence in all areas of our product portfolio, delivering a “service experience” beyond current market standards.

POSITIONING:

Epsilon provides global connectivity solutions between all major Regional Telecommunications Hubs, such as London, Hong Kong, NY, Miami and many more to facilitate global voice and data communications for Carrier customers. Reliability, resilience, customer service and speed of delivery are they key differentiators in the market where it aims to become one of the leading organisations.

Being Global but acting local has always been general understanding within Epsilon and is clearly visible in its multinational and multilingual employee base covering more than 25 different languages and are from all major cultural and religious backgrounds.

Epsilon is completely Carrier neutral as it does not compete with its customers unlike many other operators who have both retail and wholesale operations.

Epsilon is a facilitator allowing Major fixed line and mobile Carriers focus on driving their main international business whilst relying on a partner like Epsilon to support their network and technical needs internationally.

Future: Become the leading international connectivity provider for the international voice telephony exchange where we currently hold 15% market-share of all international calls. The maximum we can achieve is maybe 30% as the remainder will not require our international service as they connect directly across borders with their neighbour countries.

In addition we will become a leading player in global connectivity for SDH, Ethernet and MPLS services where we establish ourselves as the preferred choice for Carriers who look for a partner to outsource this part of their business to. Our Carrier neutral position will greatly hep to achieve this goal.
